Kawasaki Brute Force Kits

Here are our 750 Brute Force performance kits. Please note, our std bore kit makes more power from 0-40MPH then can be used and is the fastest Brute kit (85-86MPH with minor clutch mods and speeds over 90MPH have been seen) Our 800 and 820 makes more low to mid power but less on top and at a lower RPM with stock heads and carbs. The TRP 800/820 kits works great for big tires and mud bogging. The TRP 840 was discontinued almost 2 years ago for many reasons. With stock heads and carbs 840cc's makes less HP then our std bore kits and if you have our race heads and carbs your much better off with our 880 or bigger kits. Also, if just boring and plating with an 840 the cylinders are too thin and will distort with an amount of power. All our Kawy kits are exchange on the cams. Or a refundable $300 Cnd core charge applies.

Brute STD bore kit

TRP 750 std bore kits. Our Ultimate Trail std bore kit makes upto 90HP and includes our custom 11.5:1 pistons, our Ultimate Trail cams, head and base gskts. Our Trail/Race std bore kit includes our custom TRP 11.5:1 pistons kits, TRP Trail/Race cams, Valve springs, chromoly retainers and spring seats, head and base gskts. Brute 800 kit

TRP 800 or 820 kit Kit includes our custom TRP 11.9:1 pistons kits, TRP cams (trail or race) Valve springs, chromoly retainers and spring seats, head and base gskts. Makes upto 102HP with stock heads and carbs. **requires bore and replate or sleeving**

Brute 840

TRP 840 Discontinued Replaced with our 880 and 900 big bore kits and 924, 950 and 1000 big bore stroker kits. Note all of our kits over 820 require our race heads and carbs.

TRP oversize valves

TRP +1mm Intake and Exhaust valves. A must for a race motor (with big manifolds, carbs and race porting) For 700 heads, the Brute cylinder head ports won't support the use of big valves.
